As she searched for "add on" or even defined part time/full time work, she was unable to find the spots in other job sites, most even suggesting expired and irrelevant jobs. This left us with recruiters who faced similar time consuming challenges in filling these roles. This left immense value on the table for untapped Talent and loss of potential work for both employer and employee alike.
